How to configure Apple iPhone
- Tap on "Settings" icon
- Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
- Select "Add Account"
- Select "Microsoft Exchange"
- Enter your assigned account email in "Email" (e.g. user123@globalsync.com)
- Leave "Domain" blank
- Enter your assigned account email in "Username" (e.g. user123@globalsync.com)
- Enter your password in "Password" then click "Next"
- If a popup appears "Unable to Verify Certficate", click "Cancel"
- A "Server" field will appear, enter "m.google.com", click "Next"
- Exchange account should be verified correctly, if not, please email support
- At this point, choose the features you want Globalsync to support
- Contacts
- Calendars
- Click "Done" and press the home button on your iPhone
- Your iPhone is now configured.
